Auf Grund der aktuellen Auslastung unserer Server-Infrastruktur in der Science DMZ in Kombination mit der aktuellen Priorisierung im Bereich der Netzwerk-Gesamterneuerung und der sich akzentuierten personellen Ueberlastung koennen wir leider bis auf Weiteres keine Anfragen fuer Ceph Storage mehr annehmen.
Wir hoffen, dass sich die Situation gegen Ende Q2/2023 wieder normalisiert und danken fuer euer Verstaendnis.
We offer large amounts of storage (multi-TB) with Ceph, either attached to BFH.science compute servers or (much slower connected) as standalone network shares (NFS/SMB).
New shares are semi-automatically provisioned within 24 hours during work days and are available at no cost for both students and staff members.
Permissions for shares are configured by users through self-service LDAP groups.
